Ambrosia Salad

This creamy, dreamy Ambrosia Salad is a delicious mix of fruit and marshmallows that’s practically dessert! It’s the perfect, easy side for BBQs, holiday dinners, or just a fun treat any day of the year.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

16 oz maraschino cherries, drained

20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained

15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup green grapes, halved

4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

Whip the Cream: In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high until stiff peaks form.

Fold in Sour Cream: Gently fold the sour cream into the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, cherries, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and grapes into the bowl with the whipped cream. Fold gently until all ingredients are evenly coated in the cream mixture.

Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
