Cheesy Pizza Monkey Bread with Pepperoni and Herbs
Ingredients:
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (each can contains 8 biscuits)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or lightly brush with olive oil.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Toss the biscuit pieces with the cheese and pepperoni mixture until well-coated.
Drizzle olive oil over the biscuit mixture and toss again to combine.
Layer the biscuit pieces in the prepared bundt pan, making sure to distribute the cheese and pepperoni evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh basil.
