Ingredients:

โ€“ 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies ๐Ÿช

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).

2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until well combined.

6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.

7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
