2. Creamy Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar.
- Mix in salt, vanilla, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Add eggs one at a time on low speed.

3. Water Bath Baking
- Pour batter into crust. Place in roasting pan with 1 inch boiling water.
