Loaded Baked Potato with Beef
Short Recipe:
Bake the potatoes at 400°F / 200°C until tender, about 45–60 minutes.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Slice the baked potatoes open, fluff the inside, and fill with the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes, until melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce or marinara sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
