  • Cake Layer:

    • 1 box strawberry cake mix
    • 3 large eggs, room temperature
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

    Cream Cheese Swirl:

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh strawberries

    Topping:

    • 2 cups white chocolate chips
    • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cake ingredients until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Fold in diced strawberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over cake batter.
  6. Swirl gently with knife in figure-8 patterns.
  7. Top with white chocolate chips.
  8. Bake 45-50 minutes until center is almost set.
  9. Cool 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
