- 1 fully cooked ham (6โ8 lbs, bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, juice reserved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
- Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Prepare the Ham:
- Place the ham flat side down in the crock pot.
- Use a knife to score shallow lines in a crisscross pattern on the surface of the ham.

Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice (reserved from the can), honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.

Assemble:
- Spread half of the glaze over the ham.
- Arrange pineapple slices on the ham and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Add maraschino cherries in the center of each pineapple slice (optional).

Cook:
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every hour.
- The ham is ready when itโs heated through and reaches an internal temperature of 140ยฐF (60ยฐC).

Serve:
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter and remove the toothpicks.
- Drizzle with the remaining glaze and garnish with extra pineapple slices and cherries if desired.
Notes
- Use leftover ham for sandwiches, soups, or casseroles.
- For a caramelized exterior, transfer the ham to a baking sheet after slow cooking and broil for 3-5 minutes.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar and honey.
