Ingredients

Scale

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional) – Adds a bright, zesty kick!

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.

3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spread 1 tbsp filling on each triangle.
  • Top with blueberries (about 6-8 per roll).

4️⃣ Roll & Bake

  • Roll up from the wide end, tucking in the filling.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣ Make the Glaze

  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

6️⃣ Drizzle & Serve!

  • Glaze while warm for the best flavor.

Notes

🔹 Don’t overfill – Too much filling can leak out.
🔹 Use cold dough – Easier to handle than room temp.
🔹 Try different fruits – Raspberries, strawberries, or peaches work too!
🔹 Add a streusel topping – For extra crunch, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.
